Toronto Switch Workshop + Advanced Switch August 8th & 9th
The next Switch Workshop will be hosted by our good friends at Precision Nutrition and held at the Toronto Ritz Carlton on August 8th, and will be followed by the Advanced Switch: Analyzing Jobs-to-be-Done Interviews on August 9th.
Each event is limited to 32 people and tickets always go fast, so if you’re interested, register now.
Click here to register. We’ll get you a discounted room rate at the Ritz, too.
Join us at the Toronto Ritz-Carlton on August 8th to take a deep dive into why people buy and how they switch from one product to another, using the Jobs-to-be-Done Framework (#JTBD).
You’ll participate in live customer interviews.
You’ll learn new techniques for unearthing the deep insights that most companies never bother to dig up.
You’ll understand why people switch from one product to another and how you can increase the odds that the switch goes your way.
And you’ll be able to put everything you learned to immediate use.
There’s only one simple requirement: You’ll be asked to describe something that you purchased recently.
The cost is $1,000 to attend the full-day Switch Workshop.
Advanced Switch: Analyzing JTBD Interviews
If you left the Switch Workshop, conducted a bunch of interviews, and found yourself overflowing in rich stories that need to be analyzed and unpacked, this class will help you make sense of it all.
You’ll analyze two separate sets of actual interviews.
You’ll learn the techniques needed to take a set of interview data and make it actionable.
You’ll learn how to compare interviews and uncover job dimensions that lead to product and design opportunities.
There will be some interview audio that you’ll be asked to listen to before the workshop (we’ll provide it to you a few weeks prior to the class).
Cost for the Advanced Switch is $1,000 for the full day (or buy both Workshops for $1,750).
Advanced Switch Prerequisite: Attendance at a previous Switch Workshop (including the August 8th event), or demonstration that you know the JTBD Interview Technique. Drop us an email if you have questions.
